This 6-week series makes it easy for anyone to get started in yoga and start feeling healthier right away! Perfect for brand-new beginners, recent beginners, or those returning to yoga after some time away. You will learn basic yoga postures that develop strength, flexibility, vitality, posture and balance — all with a compassionate, skilled approach. Each class will include relaxation techniques for reducing tension and calming the mind. Includes handouts to make home practice easy. Yoga mats and other props are provided.
