Come comfortably dressed and ready to have fun. Especially for students ages 9 through 13, this class will bring you much needed calm and quiet in the midst of life’s busy schedule. Through fun flowing sequences, partner play and guided visualization, students will explore tools to cultivate inner resilience and self care.

Yoga for Beginners

This 6-week series makes it easy for anyone to get started in yoga and start feeling healthier right away! Perfect for brand-new beginners, recent beginners, or those returning to yoga after some time away. You will learn basic yoga postures that develop strength, flexibility, vitality, posture and balance — all with a compassionate, skilled approach. Each class will include relaxation techniques for reducing tension and calming the mind. You will receive handouts to make practicing at home easy. Yoga mats and other props are provided.
$90 for the 6-week series — space is limited — registration required.
